Ottie International in Latin America
After several years of processing all the required documents to enter into the Latin American market, in 2010 Ottie International was successfully launched in Ecuador. Ottie's products in Ecuador are nationally commercialized in retail stores and as part of the brand positioning it is sponsoring beauty pageants. This market has well recieved and accepted the brand because of the Natural Ingredients they are made of and the general knowledge about high-quiality korean brands.
Ecuadorian unstable Politic and Economic conditions have motivated the idea of openning new LATAM markets before it was thought. Taking leverage of being part of the Andean Community (CAN), the Sanitary Licenses of the products only need to be homologated on each new country of operation. Because of this and some other strategic reasons Colombia has been choosed as the first country of the LATAM expasion project.
